Antisera

Antiserum
*blood serum containing antibodies against specific antigens; provides immunity to a disease*
Blood serum/Serum
An amber, watery fluid, rich in proteins, that separates out when blood coagulates

Last 4 hours ago, my course-mate and I did an experiment about Antisera. Its called ABO and Rh blood grouping.

After about half an hour, I obeyed the testing procedure, I got this result for my own blood:
Blood group= B+, + stands for Rhesus positive (so I can have more than 1 child with no any doubt, laughing out loud... but I still confuse with some Antisera.

A= anti A
B=anti B
H=anti H
anti A refers to antigen A, so that means, if you have blood group A, antigen A with reacts blood A(army of blood group A=antibodies in blood A) and creates a plenty of tiny assemblage of blood cells (An agglutination). Its similar to anti B(blood group B) and anti H(blood group O).

If you have both agglutination on either A or B with H, that means you have a heterozygous pair which contains a combination of A/B and H. But still having whether A or B blood group, because A and B are the dominant allele.
Don't forget, other case, there is the agglutination in two of AB. This give an unique blood group AB. Most lovely blood group if someone who had it always donates their blood till reach no. 56 of their age.

For another antisera, I'ill discuss and inform later after I get it as well, because I ain't an expertise in this field yet.

But for generalize;
anti D= anti Rhesus
all anti also related to Rh

...see you again next time...

My own's blood group(so excited when got it):

B CDe/CDe but most important to tell, I got Rhesus positive
